Registration: The deadline for early registration is April 14. Online registration is available at: https://www.regonline.com/
For those attending the Thursday evening reception, we will have your registration packages available for you at the reception. For everyone else, you can pick up your package at the conference from 8:30am on Friday morning.
Bus pass: All registrants will receive a bus pass which will allow you to use the London city bus system during the conference (valid Thursday to Monday).
Poster session: posters should be no larger than 32″x44″ (81cmx112cm). You can set up your posters during the coffee break on Saturday morning. Lunch will be provided for all attendees at the poster session.
Handouts: If you are using handouts, please bring 40 copies. If you need to make photocopies, consult the LSRL website for information about locations on campus and downtown. Click here to find different photocopying services in London.
Powerpoint: If you are using Powerpoint, we strongly suggest you have a backup copy in PDF format. All rooms are equipped with a rack PC computer and data proyector. If you need to use a Mac laptop, you must bring both your laptop and a VGA adapter.
